Build Magician Dagger Strongest DPS (Lv 150 Cap)


Finally after delete rebuild again, i have reach final on my magician dagger, this build and playstyle is different from other mages which always use charge after their combo, charging after do combos not relevant to the DPS itself, DPS mean DAMAGE PER SECONDS, and CHARGE didnt give you DAMAGE PER SECOND. Thats why in the current era, mages looks weak compare to other physical type even their have OP MATK in main stat , because this CHARGE while battling while the others didnt charge too much while battling.

Main Stat : INT
Second Stat : DEX

Equipment :

  • Weapon : Any staff which is have Attack Weapon highest, Currently 1st Anniv Staff III is the highest, next update is Scrader Staff
1st Neutral Stat Weapon : Int 7% Matk 7% Int +10
2nd Element Stat Weapon : Element, Strong Against weakens Element 10%, Matk 7%
* You must have all elemental Staff if you want to do HIGH DAMAGE in boss *
Xtall : Demon Gate, Demon Gate+Scrader if you have 2 slots

  • Sub Weapon : Sailor Dagger ( Matk+1%, MP+100, Short-Range Dmg -3%) u can get it with doing sub quest in npc near harbour
  • Armor : Any Def Armor, if you want more phy/mgc resistance use high def armor
1st Neutral Stat Armor : Int 7% Matk 7%
2nd Element Stat Armor : Strong Against Weakens Element 10%, Matk 7%
* You must have all elemental Armor if you want to do HIGH DAMAGE in boss *
Xtall : Scrader, Scrader+Jade if you have 2 slots
  • Add Gear : Cat Ear Hood (MP+100, Matk 2%, CSPD+300)
Xtall : Ancient Empress, Ancient Empress+Scrader if you have 2 slots
  • Ring : Philoshopher Ring
Xtall : Scrader, Scrader+Ooze if you have 2 slots

Throwing Dagger [Cons] (100MP become 0MP) Damage -60% -30% >
Impact [Cons] (200MP become 0MP) Damage -40% -40% >
Strom [Smite] (400MP become 200MP because effect Impact, and become 0MP because we have save 200MP before) Damage -20% +50%
Holy Fist [Cons] (100MP become 0MP) damage -50% -60%
*Holyfist use as Closer so after storm we can landed combo again if we not close 2m to the boss*

Combo 2 Log Cost 400MP

Storm [Smite] (400MP become 200MP because effect Impact) >

Little Tips if you dont want to change ur sub weapon into dagger, and still want use shield, u still can use my Unlimited Magic works
Shield Bash > Arrow [Smite] > Shield Cannon [Save] > Javelin [Cons] > Impact [Cons] > Storm [Impact] > Holyfist [Cons]



Always use combo 2 first to secure high damage, then do combo 1 continuosly, spamming with combo 1, let the boss suffer with our great magic



Lets Move on from OLD STYLE mage build, we are farming BOSS not farming NC / MMH / Bnut

  1. No best additional gear for mage is ninja hat. Int+5%, +500mp and its also cheap to get one with one slot. You can attach York xtal in it. Also as weapon crysta Mozto machina is best for mage, while cause mage has low survival rate you can attach Iconos in Armor.
